Kelsey-Whisky Timber Sale, Medford District of the Bureau
of Land Management. This logging project, which goes to
auction May 27 2004, would log ancient, old-growth forests
within the 46,000 acre Zane Grey Roadless Area –
the largest BLM roadless area in the nation.
